Safety Training & Leadership Skill Development

K&L Environmental is committed to developing team members both professionally and personally. Leadership training is done weekly to help assist our team members in building strong leadership skills, so they are able to lead and motivate their crews effectively and efficiently. Job site safety training is also performed weekly to ensure we are promoting a safe work environment for all of our team members. Developing individuals and creating a family-type work environment is a priority at K&L. Company Meetings, Christmas Parties, as well as Team building events are done annually to bring the team together to fellowship, as well as engaging in activities that help promote teamwork.
